Refund policy
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at grant@grantnash.au as soon as practical.
Items will only be replaced when damaged or defective.
In the case damaged or defective items are received, customers should send an email to grant@grantnash.au with a record of the damage detailing specific items and provide a photograph of the damage. When possible, any damage to packages should also be noted by courier.Â
Risk or damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery to the customer.
