Shipping policy

We only deliver wine to addresses within Australia.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (provided you have provided a valid email address). All wines will be delivered to your home or business address via courier during normal business hours.

Deliveries will be fulfilled Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your wine will be left according to any special delivery instructions you have provided to us. In the event that you have not provided us with such instructions, your wine will be delivered to the closest Post Office (for Australia Post deliveries) or returned to the nearest courier depot (in the case that another courier service is used). Courier services may attempt to arrange a subsequent delivery time.
