A delicious, fresh and aromatic Rosé with the palest of coral pink blush. Watermelon rind, strawberry, cherries and a dollop of tangy rhubarb and blood orange zest segue into a crisp, mouthwatering finish.
A blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Graciano, the Grenache component is split into two fractions and cool fermented in stainless steel. One tank is fermented with a champagne yeast to capture the juicy red Grenache fruits whereas the other tank is fermented with a yeast selected to enhance the blood orange characters. The Graciano is wild fermented in a well seasoned puncheon to build on the inherent savoury notes. The Graciano’s naturally high acidity provides a counterpoint to the Grenache’s juicy red fruits. Only the free run juice is used to maximise the purity and finesse.
This is one serious Rosé and will even convert your “No way Rosé!” mates to the joys of some skin contact!

This is an excellent pale, dry rose. It has texture - a squeaky, velvety feel - and more than enough fruit flavour to satisfy, though its main shtick is that its mouthwatering, perfumed and more-ish. It tastes of raspberries, red cherries, watermelon and dried spice notes; it has some positive pucker to the finish; and it seals the deal as you swallow. Everything is positive here and everything feels top notch.

85/15% grenache/graciano. The grenache was tank fermented in two portions with different yeasts to emphasise certain flavour profiles; the graciano in old oak with native yeast. Pale rose gold. Classic stuff. A refined expression, dry and sapid, the oak parcel adding some savouriness and texture. Wild raspberry, cranberry and pink grapefruit, all nicely meshed. It’s an easy wine to like, but the reserve in the more aromatic elements gifts a little seriousness, yet not too much. Nice.
